You must manage the replacement or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. Then decide whether to print the return label at home or go with the code provided by us to a GLS shop closest to you. Items must be in their original condition and retain all tags.
RETURNS:
For returns we send you a link where you can decide whether to rely on a GLS Parcel Shop or request a driver to pick you up at your home. Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount with the same payment method you used to make the purchase. ALL returns are FREE.
CHANGES:
For exchanges, the driver will collect the returned package from your home and will deliver the new shipment at the same time. ALL exchanges are FREE.
